D.R. Horton

Digital Marketing Specialist

October 2024 - Present

Role Overview

D.R. Horton is the largest home builder in the United States, operating across 35 states with more than 1,000 active communities. As a Digital Marketing Specialist on the national marketing team, I support divisional marketing managers across the country — auditing campaign performance, ensuring brand consistency, and driving improvements in paid media and organic search.

I joined during a significant period of growth and transformation, as D.R. Horton scaled its marketing department and brought in world-class talent to modernize how the brand operates digitally. Working alongside this team has sharpened every aspect of my marketing skill set — from strategy to execution to measurement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

What I Learned

Working at the largest home builder in the country taught me what enterprise-level marketing actually looks like — the processes, the standards, the rigor, and the cross-functional coordination required to execute consistently at scale. I've absorbed best practices from people who've built marketing programs at some of the world's most recognized brands, and I'm ready to bring that knowledge into a smaller, fast-moving team where I can take real ownership and build something from the ground up.
